Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Create accurate functional requirements and present them clearly to the management and stakeholders.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and lead to implement them.
- Map business process to application requirements.
- Identify business process metrics/measures.
- Prepare detailed process maps based on understanding from working with stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals/presentations.
- Identify issues and form hypotheses.
- Formulate and implement recommendations/solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 years or more of experience in software industry with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in cloud computing.
- Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer’s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
- Understanding of technical designs as well as specifications.
- Technical qualification and programming experience a definite plus.
