Our Journey in 2011
Greetings of the season
Team Cabot wishes you and your family a great holiday season and a sparkling New year in 2012. We have had a terrific year in 2011 and you have been a part of our success and growth this year. Our team size grew from 28 to 40 this year to meet your demands and we plan to continue this trend well into 2012.
We have had several major initiatives in the past one year. We adopted Agile/Scrum in our efforts to be flexible to meet our global customer’s demands. We also added an independent QA team to oversee the delivery process this year. Our web and mobile team were expanded to include more senior programmers and analysts. All these initiatives converge in our single goal of delivering high quality software applications to our clients in a timely and cost efficient manner. We couldn’t have done this without your support in many stages. A big thank you for your continued patronage.
Our plans for 2012 include expansion of our Microsoft Technologies team and offering of services including SharePoint. Silverlight and other MS suite of products. We are also increasing our services in the mobile sector with HTML5, Sencha Touch and development for the Windows Mobile platform. Another initiative on the go is the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration to complement with the agile process we are following. Combined, we believe these initiatives will take us closer to our vision of being a successful technology partner to our clients.
