Venkatesh Thyagarajan :- CEO
Venkatesh is a seasoned management professional, with over 14 years of experience in various industry sectors including Automotives, Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Land Services. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Venkatesh has managed and delivered high profile projects for his clients in North America. Before joining Cabot, Venkatesh has worked for firms like Ashok Leyland, HCL, Compuware Corporation, Qwest and DMR/Fujitsu Consulting. Venkatesh is responsible for developing strategic partnerships for Cabot across North America and for the overall Corporate Strategy and Business Development of Cabot. Venkatesh has an MBA from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, where he is currently settled. Venkatesh also serves on the boards of Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Institute of Management Consultants.
Shibu Basheer :- CTO
As the founder of Cabot Solutions, Shibu drives Cabot’s vision, strategy, value and growth. As a technopreneur, Shibu has a keen interest in Internet technologies and driving Internet based businesses. Shibu is a graduate of Dalhousie University, Canada where he earned his Masters in Electronic Commerce. Having working with technology companies such as I2, Keane, and Emera, Shibu has over 10 years experience in designing and building solutions for enterprises.
