At Cabot Solutions, we aim at enhancing our Client’s business and providing them with solutions to grow their business and not just providing our Clients with the product or service they are looking to build currently. To orient ourselves and our clients towards this goal, we have developed a methodology for our service offerings.

Methodology

We are an Agile development company and we have adapted the best practices of the agile methodology to deliver projects and products to clients in an iterative fashion. Our use of collaborative project management tools such as Google Sites, Basecamp etc and our method of developing projects in our development server with access to clients, ensures a transparent development process and allows our clients to give constant feedback and input in the development process. Our dedicated project managers are in constant touch with our clients, thus managing their expectations and also managing the scope of the project.
