SunnySouth
Cabot Solutions was the chosen service provider to develop a customized CRM/Project Management software for Sunny South Insulators operating out of Coaldale in Alberta. Sunny South Insulators (SSI) wanted to track all their customer inquiries in one place and also wanted to track the progress of a customer from an initial phone call to the final completion of the project. The management system also takes data inputs for documents such as estimates, work orders and invoices and creates the final documents in PDF format. These documents are later printed or emailed to the customers by SSI staff.
The application was developed using Flex for the front end design and PHP for the server side programming. The highlights of the application are
