Cabot is in search of a candidate who can effectively use his/her skills to achieve targeted sales. A person who is able to generate new business for the company, who is good at handling multiple clients and having a good customer relations skills, he/she should have a real passion for sales.
1. Market our software service to clients by identifying, developing and managing business opportunities across the globe
2. Create interest and awareness for company solutions and services in the international market
3. Generate new business from online bidding portals and other avenues
4. Perform market research to identify new trends, opportunities and learn new tools & technologies
5. Maintain an accurate and updated database
6. Prepare appropriate marketing materials and collaterals and manage online as well as direct marketing campaigns
7. Proposal writing and follow up
8. Prepare short term and long term business plans for revenue generation
9. Effectively communicate with clients (both oral and written) and maintain regular contact with key clients
10. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
1. Around 2 years or more of sales experience with international clients
2. Experience in IT services sales including web / mobile development service with international clients
3. Cold calling & handling objections
4. Basic understanding of software technologies like PHP, .NET, mobile applications etc.
5. Should be able to handle the entire sales cycle including bidding, negotiation and closure
6. Good exposure to services selling and solutions selling
7. Excellent oral & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
8. Strong analytical skills
9. Must be a good team player
10. Must be comfortable working on revenue targets
1. Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years
2. Academic Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Technical qualification or MBA will be a plus.
