CHALLENGE

To replace the existing CRM system-Vtiger with another CRM that can address their existing needs as well as the below requirements:


(1) Improve coordination for the overall sales, marketing and customer service efforts.

(2) Provide better insight into campaign management, customer journey, sales performance, and return on investment.

(3) Automate prolonged recurring tasks, warn employees of open client issues, and automatically send important e-mails to clients and partners.

(4) Customize and configure the software forms, fields, workflow and assign privileges without additional development to assure that the right data is provided to the right employees.

(5) Integrate with an email client to obtain a central location from where the sales team can manage both communications and client data.

(6)To bring across all the data that was present in the existing vTiger to Dynamics 365 without losing any data and without interrupting their current work while migration would be in progress.

Cabot Business Consulting Team put together a plan to divide the data according to business divisions, cleanse and dedupe the data, and migrate the Sales data to its new CRM-Dynamics 365.

(5) Easy integration with software’s ѕuсh аѕ Outlооk, Office, SharePoint and Exсhаngе. Sales team could access the most current information and data, have the ability to work in conjunction with other Microsoft applications while inside the Dynamics 365 solution

(7) Using Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft’s app market, it is easy to find apps that help expand or acquire additional functions that Sales team currently needs or will need in the future.
