Tom George is Founder & Managing Director of Guardian Angel Homecare, a professional home healthcare organization.
In 2012, he started a passionate entrepreneurial journey by founding Guardian Angel Homecare, a pioneer in professional home healthcare services in India. He has managed to lead Guardian Angel Homecare from a fledgling start up to an industry leader in home healthcare and has made qualitative difference in the lives of the sick and the elderly in Kerala, India.

Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Tom has spent a substantial portion of his professional career in the IT industry, as a Business Consultant and Project Manager in large Information Technology companies. He has been part of large SAP implementation projects in India and abroad working for large multi-national organizations viz., Satyam Computer Services (now Tech Mahindra), Ernst & Young, Muscat and IBM India.

Raj Srinivasan is a seasoned business leader and certified Independent Director with more than three decades of global IT experience, distinguished by his expertise in strategic leadership, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), global operations, and digital transformation. He has consistently championed the advancement of IT services and captive technology organizations, ensuring that technology-driven solutions are precisely aligned with business objectives to ignite innovation and deliver sustainable growth.

As the former Chief Executive Officer of Suyati Technologies, Raj successfully guided the company through a critical period of strategic expansion and operational excellence. His diverse executive roles, including CEO at CCS Technologies and strategic consultant to various IT firms, have provided him with profound expertise in M&A integration, P&L management, successful market entry, and navigating organizational change. Raj recently enhanced his capabilities by completing the prestigious Independent Directors program at IIM Bangalore, preparing him to make significant contributions to corporate governance, board strategy, and stakeholder alignment.

Eric Merchant is a seasoned healthcare IT executive and Cabot Solutions' Strategic Advisor for Healthcare, with more than 30 years of experience across diverse healthcare delivery organizations, distinguished by his expertise in systems management consulting, the implementation of automated systems, system evaluation and selection, and system conversions and maintenance.

Prior to joining Cabot, Eric spent nearly 20 years at Endeavor Health, a nine-hospital system in the Chicagoland area, where he oversaw software applications for procedural and clinical ancillary departments. He holds a Master's degree in Health Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. His deep applications and clinical systems expertise will strengthen Cabot's ability to deliver healthcare technology that performs in real-world care settings.
