We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can develop and implement growth
opportunities in existing and new markets. The person must have the ability to develop good
relationships with the current and potential clients and create long-term value for organizations.
1. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
2. Works on a large volume of data to filter and come up with a list of potential customers.
3. Create and work on outreach campaigns using emails, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
4. Set up meetings and assign to the right sales representative.
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media.
7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
2. Should have experience in IT inside sales.
3. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
4. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
