Purposes:

Cabot Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is a multinational IT firm delivering solutions to its clients across the globe, with the development centre located in Infopark , Kochi. Cabot is seeking a senior HR manager to deliver proactive HR services and support the implementation of strategic business priorities, meet HR compliance requirements and maximise Cabot’s return on investment in its people. The scope of the role includes providing sound advice, guidance and coaching to managers and staff, managing the implementation of key projects, as well as managing the day to day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Manage the day to day HR operations, ensuring all people related systems are in place and providing the foundation for effective people management
  • 2. Champion the design and implementation of employee and organizational development initiatives and to create high performance culture, manage our intellectual property and positively influence staff satisfaction
  • 3. Ensure that our reward and recognition programs are well administered and drive the right behaviours and business outcomes
  • 4. Manage all HR , administration and compliance to effectively deliver accurate information and minimize company risks
  • 5. Participate in other Cabot Special projects to support the HR needs of the business

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
